– let’s encourage employee ideas, throw together a business case,

justify the costs and operating budget, dish-up a marketing
strategy and production project plan, wish for the best.

end-customers. Innovative leaders route or direct the distributed,
received and transmitted powers found in their environments of
profound knowledge, work processes and social associations.
